As stated by Greenway Records: "Shagg is a three piece punk band from Cleveland, Ohio fronted by Nat Cherry featuring Ricky Hamilton on drums & Marty Brass on bass. This is their debut S/T album and was recorded by Paul Maccarrone to 2-inch tape in Cleveland 2016. The songs are fast, danceable and retain the noisey and aggressive feel of their live shows. The record was cut at 45rpm for loudness and low-end but Nat's vocals still cut through like a knife and the lyrics twist it once it's inside. A must listen for fans of Cleveland punk."
