• Where is the store based?

• IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH GOTTA GROOVE/WAX MAGE AND WANT YOUR PRODUCT PROMOTED ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES:

  You MUST contact me and give me permission! I want to show your records off and I love giving people shoutouts, but I cannot release any information that I do not have express permission from the label and/or band to give out.

  Helpful information includes but is not limited to:

  Release date
  Where and when they will be available for sale
  Related social media links
  How many of each variant will be for sale
  Etc.

• I have a band and we want some crazy records like these. How do I get them?

  To place an order for custom records, visit http://www.gottagrooverecords.com or email [email protected] and be sure to request Heath. You can also email [email protected] to speak to me directly about designs, but as for sales you have to contact Matt.

• Are you a record label?

  Not exactly. I'm not currently looking to take on any bands, but am interested in doing more co-releases with record labels. If you have an idea, contact me! I'd love to talk business with you. My email address is [email protected]

• Why do I have to order through Gotta Groove Records?

  I am an employee of Gotta Groove, and I only press at Gotta Groove.
  If you'd like me to 'Guest pour' at your record pressing plant, drop me a line at [email protected] we can talk about it.

• If I send you my music will you put it on a record?

  No. I just press the records, I don't have anything to do with the getting a record made up to that point. The folks in Gotta Groove Records' sales department will be able to answer all your questions about getting your music in vinyl format. http://www.gottagrooverecords.com has all the info!

• Where do you make these records?

  I press these records at the plant I work at, Gotta Groove Records in Cleveland, Ohio.

• Can I play a double blank record?

  Double blank records don't have any grooves or music etched into them, they are not meant to be played.

  They are, however, used to calibrate the anti-skate on your turntable.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
